Green Deal Assessments

These Green Deal assessments are undertaken by a local energy assessor and advisor with 15 years experience. Our Green Deal Advisor is independent and impartial working via the Green Deal Advisor Association and is not linked to any Green Deal loan providers or Green Deal accredited installers.
Green Deal Assessment prices start at £150, but will vary slightly depending on home size and travelling times.

Energy Performance Certificates
Even if you are not planning on selling your home, you may want to find out how energy efficient it is and what improvements you could make to save energy. An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) will give your home a rating from A to G, the average in the UK being a D rating. It will also list all of the most appropriate energy saving improvements you could make, generally in order of importance.
